1. What’s the difference between the Buffet Menu vs Entertainment Menu?
Our Entertainment Menu is for small groups (5-50 guests). There will be an entertainment/show which allows our professional Hibachi Chefs to cook food in front of guests. Our guests can learn Hibachi tricks at the Grill.
Our Buffet Menu is for larger groups (51-500 guests). There is no entertainment/show, but our Hibachi chefs will be there cooking food on the side.

2. What’s included in the Buffet Menu?
Our Buffet Menu comes with:
Appetizers:

3. What’s not included in the Buffet Menu?
Tables, chairs, plates, utensils and drinks.
4. How much does wedding catering cost?
For weddings with 51 to 500 guests (wedding buffet )average catering costs $30 per person.
For weddings with 5 to 50 guests (wedding with entertainment ) average catering costs $60-$70per person .
5. How to book a service?
Step 1: Provide event date, location, estimate, and headcount. Contact 850-818-2270 check out our availability and quotes.
Step 2: Book online to secure the date. To book, click HERE.
Step 3: Provide final headcount & Menu.
Step 4: Confirm Invoice (For the Buffet Menu, 20% Deposit is required).
Step 5: Prepare 1 empty space for Cooking, 1 parking space for Unloading grills.
Step 6: Enjoy your private hibachi experience.
Step 7: Balance payment after cooking (Cash/Venmo/Zelle/Check) .
6. When do I need to provide a final headcount?
We need advanced notice of the final headcount, 2 weeks prior to your booked date.
7. What is our refund and cancellation policy?
A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 3 weeks notice. if advanced notification is not given, booking fee is nonrefundable.
